Beautiful glass teapot
After my thumb being burned a little more seriously by the steam twice of Simax teapot, and the lid with a very flat knob slipped down on the teapot to break the rim, I finally found this smaller sized one. Because I never drink more than 2 cups a time anyway. This teapot appears to be able to hold 3 cups that is suitable for me. Amazingly, it can keep hot water longer than I thought. It is very beautiful to even just look at that brightens my day. It's very easy to pour boiling water out without having to remove the lid (although always needs to be careful that the lid doesn't slip down. But it's very easy to hold the well protruded knob.) I am so glad that I found this smaller sized one. I used it on electric range top of 5.5 inch in diameter (the coil). The bottom of the teapot is about 3.58 inch in diameter, and the widest part of the body is about 5 inch (8.9 inch including handle and spout) with a height of 5 inch. Now boiling water in this small teapot is a complete enjoyment without nervousness.

A piece of art
It's a lovely little teapot just right for two or three cups of your beverage for your private tea party or with a friend. It's light and transparent to see what you're drinking. It looks great in the kitchen and on the table. Since it's worth the money it deserves the highest rating.Addendum 11/19/23: This is actually the second such teapot I have ordered since I broke the first one due to my own rough treatment of this hardy glass material, and I bought it after using a different glass teapot, which did not meet expectations. So yes, get this teapot. You can make three cups a time, so it is right for the single person or couple.

Aesthetically pleasing and works great!
I absolutely love my glass teapot! It's perfect for brewing both blooming and loose leaf teas. The infuser works great and I love that it's stovetop safe. The design is beautiful and the 20oz size is perfect for personal use. Overall, I highly recommend this Glass Teapot for anyone looking for a high-quality tea maker!

This teapot is not only very attractive, it is quite useful.
I have given it only 4 stars because the handle gets extremely hot. I have managed to get several cups of full flavored tea with less tea leaves or a single tea bag using the infuser. Also, it appears small but holds far more than you would think. I do recommend this teapot.

Does the job it was meant to do
We use it side by side with our electric kettle and heat the water in that and pour it over the tea in this and it works. Seems counter intuitive, but it really works better than waiting for this to heat on the stove and this helps get the loose leaf tea steeped nicely for a full pot of goodness!

Looks nice, Breaks easily, poor design
The teapot looks nice, however its design suffers: the lid is falling off when pouring the tea. The glass the pot is made of is extremely thin and fragile. My 1st one did not last long, 1st the lid fell off and broke, then the insert broke by itself, then the pot accidentally fall and broke into numerous smallest pieces (such. a mess to clean up). This is a second teapot I got a month ago, and the lid fell off and broke already. Without a lid it is pretty useless.

Teapot much smaller than one pictured
The pictured teapot is deceptively smaller. The top or lid does not fit securely. It barely holds a cup. It doesn't even cover the burner on the stove.

Beautiful Tea Pot
I love this tea pot. It has held up to the heat. Though I do not put it on the stove. I boil water then poor it in the tea pot.
