But in Amazon I saw 600 IU.Magnesium Oxide:This is a cheaper and more concentrated form, but its absorption (bioavailability) is relatively low.Magnesium Glycinate:More gut-friendly and also beneficial for anxiety/sleep, but it’s more expensive.D3 level:400 IU is reasonably fine, but 600 IU would be better—especially if you get very little sunlight.Naturaltein Product is best in this case, but costly. You have to buy separate.

Must use this product
It has a good quality and ingredients. It suits to all age and diet. Calcium is a good thing for you . It has a good package and size that are easy to use. It has benefits for bone density and improvement in the muscle.
