I agree it is shiny but it has chunky glitter particles and let me tell you it doesn’t look good on faceI did a mistake buying this and now I use this as a body shimmer.This isn’t appropriate for face or your base for makeup. This won’t work and make you look grey

Texture of the cream is very smooth and silky but glitter is visible ,overall good if you are used to applying storbe cream or highlighters then it will be good for you .But if you are new to these creams then you may find them a little glittery.This was my first strobe cream so I wasn't used to it , but now after using it a little I got used to it.
