2002-PN Milton - Two Light Wall Sconce - 15.5 Inches Wide by 6.75 Inches High, Finish Color: Polished Nickel

Do know that this sconce has a clear glass cover of some sort sealing the bottom of the shade. Have not seen it myself. Was considering buying it. It is not apparent from the ad which is why I am putting the information here. Manufacturer doesn't respond regarding whether it's removable, its purpose, etc.There's a customer image of the sconce and bottom piece here at Buzzillions:[...]Update: I was able to see the 3-light fixture in person. The cover is not clear it's the shade glass and the fixtures are quite beautiful in person. The cover on the review photo doesn't show the base clearly.
