Good product!
Nice carry on. You cannot go wrong with a Samsonite! Used it on two trips and holds up remarkably well!

Samsonite carry on luggage
Got this samsonite carry on for my recent trip. It is big enough to carry a weeks necessary items, looks sleek, very good zip quality and easy to handle. Samsonite is my favourite luggage all the time.

Wow! What a great carry on suitcase
I was attracted to this suitcase for two reasons: it's made by Samsonite and I have some of their well made suitcases and second, it has a polycarbonate shell vice the ABS ones out there. Polycarbonate, also called LEXAN, can actually be bullet proof! It's quite light, rolls easily and holds a boatload for a 20" case. It can also expand, a bit, if things get tight. More to come.****Update****So I was out of town for a week and this suitcase worked great. It's tough, holds lots and rolls pretty well. Combined with storage cubes and a Yorepek backpack and you could travel for several weeks with all you need. Recommended.

Extremely disappointed—wheel fell apart after just one trip
I wanted to love this suitcase, but I’m honestly shocked at how poorly it held up. After just one international trip, one of the wheels is completely destroyed (photo attached). I’ve used cheap luggage and even a 10-year-old suitcase that’s still going strong—and somehow this brand-new bag couldn’t make it through a single journey (carry on!)What’s worse, I’m currently traveling and have no choice but to drag this broken bag around. It doesn’t roll properly at all, and I’ve actually developed blisters on my hands from having to pull it through airports and city streets. I’m now stuck trying to find a replacement mid-trip just to avoid further damage—to my hands or my belongings. For the price and brand reputation, I expected far better quality. This isn’t wear and tear—it’s a failure of materials. Really hoping Samsonite stands behind their product and makes this right.

Not the perfect suitcase
I've only had this suitcase for three years, and I struggle fully using it. I will admit that I feel like stuff the suticase, but for years, it's hard to get the luggage rolling or requires to use extensive force to move all four wheels. It has lasted, as it still looks new, and the zippers are still working. However, I would like it to be easy to glide on all four wheels and not give up on two wheels.

Durable/rolls well
Made well and worked out nicely as a carry on for a recent trip. Rolls well and telescoping handle worked smoothly.

Good looking, lightweight, durable, and good features
We got this on a treasure truck discount a while back to replace my wife's carry-on that broke. Black may not have been her first choice but it honestly does look pretty sharp. We haven't used this on a trip yet, but from opening the box and checking it out, it seems very well designed and built. I travel a lot more than she does, and I'm actually a little jealous that it was hers that broke and she gets this nice new one.It has a nice complement of pockets and straps for organizing your clothes and other travel necessities. There's an expansion "joint" for when you need to bring a little bit extra. The 360 spinner wheels are something my wife never put much importance on but I can't imagine not having them. The integrated TSA-friendly lock is also a nice touch and less hassle than using a separate padlock. What I think we are going to like the most about this is the durable hardside construction. Our 12-year-old wedding-gift luggage set, of which I'm still using mine, is soft-sided and is definitely showing the abuse that airline baggage handlers have put it through. That set is also Samsonite, by the way, so we already know the brand stands for high quality and longevity. This new one has a durable polycarbonate outer shell and I'm hoping it will hold up to rough handling much better than the soft ones.
