These work great for keeping eggs a uniform size. As long as the inside of the rings are oiled prior to use eggs wont stick.I'm using these to make my own egg McMuffins. I make several at a time and individually freeze them and then just toss one into the microwave kin the morning for a quick out the door breakfast. Also, I used them to cut out circular slices of ham from a thin piece of ham. Worked great.

These rings work best if your pan is flat (found out mine wasn't). Must be greased/oiled or edges stick. Fold down handles help woth storage space.

Used them for the first time. 1tbsp of oil prevents leakage. Brushed the inside edges as requested. Held the yolk in the shell as recommended. Let it set a while. Molds came right off. Flipped the eggs to finish setting. Yolk still liquid but no white loose. Perfectly done bacon, egg, cheese on an English muffin.

Initial inspection review. Packaged in nice little (almost) cube box; easy to keep track of them. Much heavier than my older version; with their handles removed. These weight 41 grams, while older version weighs 27 grams. Egg runs under old ones, fingers crossed the new ones stop seepage. These are shorter at 18 mm, or 0.709." Plenty tall enough for small pancakes.
