As effective as the powder for the wrinkles. Haven't seen any improvement as for the joint pain.

I like that it's not to large of a pill to swallow. I take my collegen every day and have noticed my hair is getting fuller and growing, my skin looks look less dry and softer, I don't see as many fine lines, so maybe the collagen is plumping my skin which is great since I am fair skinned and in my 50's going through menopause. Ill keep using it and see what happens.

I am new to trying collagen and this one has all of the stuff that we need for it to absorb and I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin - so much tighter. People tell me all the time I look like I'm reverse aging since I started using this about 6 months ago!
