Cold brew enthusiasts rejoice!
The cold brew I have made with this is easily very strong in quality, taste as well as caffeine content for me. The aroma is wonderful, it arrived very fresh, the bag is easy to seal, and finally this coffee isn't too acidic when making cold brew.

Tastes amazing
We discovered just how easy it is to make cold brew at home and bizzy is the only organic cold brew coffee we have found!! We love that we can use filtered water/organic cream and that we don’t have to wait for a “treat day” to go through the drive thru. We get to have coldbrew more often!!! We have saved money and the house smells amazing like a coffee shop!!! We get to make it according to our taste and able to make it without adding a ton of sugar like the drive thru. Its quality is great! Saves money. The seal was tight. We ended up ordering more & we will probably do the subscribe and save!

Exceptional Taste; Low Acid
This is the only low acid Cold Brew I like... and I like it so much I heat it went I want hot coffee now! It has smooth, rich, chocolate notes and is great plain or mixed with Calista Farms Toasted Coconut and Almond milk blend as a treat. I switched to Brazillian coffee for its low acid, as I have acid reflux problems. I was always a Peet's Dark French Roast gal before. I don't like Sumatra, so discovering Bizzy was wonderful. I look forward to coffee again, and it doesn't bother my stomach.

Cold Brew Coffee
This cold brew coffee is smooth and flavorful. It’s labeled specifically for cold brew because the grounds are a bit coarser, which makes it easier than trying to grind the perfect texture yourself. I also think the bag is very reasonably priced for the amount of coffee you get — definitely a great deal! Plus, the resealable packaging is super easy to use and keeps the coffee fresh.

Highly Recommended for Homemade Cold Brew!
I had given up on making cold brew at home because it always tasted too bitter or sour. But after learning more about which grounds to use and how long to steep, I decided to give it one last shot. Bizzy coffee grounds were my third and final attempt before I planned to toss my carafe for good—and I’m so glad I ordered them. These grounds are fantastic. The quality is clear from the first brew: rich aroma, smooth flavor, and none of the bitterness I struggled with before. The 2-pound bag is generous for the price, especially compared to other brands or store-bought cold brew. The packaging seal keeps everything fresh, and the smell when you open the bag is amazing. Honestly, this was such a good purchase. I’ll definitely be satisfying my coffee cravings with these beans from now on. Highly recommended!

Truly Sweet and Smooth (longer brewing time the better)
Bizzy really makes the best cold brew coffee and it truly is sweet and smooth. The coffee grounds are perfect in size and the aroma is heavenly to say the least. When you cold brew, you really have to make sure the grounds are thoroughly and well exposed and saturated to and with water. I strongly recommend brewing up to at the bare minimum 24 hours if not more. I have tried cold brewing using Bizzy sweet and smooth at 15 hours, 18 hours, 20 hours, 24 hours and 30 hours to experiment which brewing time inside the fridge gave me the best results. Of course this is entirely based upon my personal preference, but the way I like my cold brew is naturally very sweet, least bitterness as possible and without adding anything - just drink it black. I want a strong coffee taste and no watered-down color or taste. Personally, 24-28 hours was the sweet spot. Especially at 15-20 hours, the bitterness still came through and it wasn’t strong and even the color wasn’t that dark or impressive. I learned that with Bizzy medium roast, you really have to take your time in order to get that smooth and sweet flavor that it is intended to give you. I used 10-12 tablespoons of coffee grounds to 3 bottles of spring water. It came out to be super sweet, indeed smooth to the palate, and went down my throat silky and velvety. I bought Starbucks cold brew nitro and drank some of it then my Bizzy brew to compare. I was surprised to find out that I personally liked Bizzy more. It was sweeter and smoother. I plan on trying that experiment after I buy Bizzy dark roast and see how that goes. Anyway, of course it’s all personal preference, but I know for a fact if I ever want cold brew, I will never find the need to buy some from Starbucks moving forward.

Pretty good coffee, terrible packaging
The coffee itself gets 4 stars. The flavor is mild but it has a lot of caffeine. Not exactly my preference but others would love it i'm sure. The packaging however, absolutely sucks. Getting it re-sealed takes longer than actually brewing the coffee. Having 2 lbs of coffee going stale is a shame.
