The Silver Cord Unknown Binding

This is the author and publisher here. Amazon incorrectly lists two editions of this book. The paperback version of this book is a different book. It contains only Volume 1. The hardcover contains Volume 1 and 2 and is a huge, oversized, lusciously printed art book. The quality of printing (via on-demand from CreateSpace) for the paperback -- done several years ago -- is not optimal and so we have removed it from production. The paperback versions available here are used copies of this discontinued edition. The new hardcover book contains volume 1 and 2. Confusingly both editions have the same title. But you'll get twice as much story on much superior printing, on a much bigger format bound in a very heavy duty hard cover. I'm posting this notice here temporarily, even though it is not a proper review, until we can sort out this incorrect placement. (It's a long process with Amazon.) When we get the items separated we'll delete this "review."
