Good quality camera and very easy to install
Installation with existing chime transformer I struggled to find this info so decided to give it a go. Hope this helps someone else in a similar situation - I have a Friedland Type 4 chime that is rated 8-16V. I was not sure if this will be enough to power the doorbell which is advertised to require 16-24. I wasn't sure if the full range was required or just for the existing transformer to sit somewhere within that range. Turns out it was the latter. I bypassed the F and T terminals in the chime first (see photo). I was then able to wire in the camera where the doorbell push button was and it powered on. It did a diagnostic check and confirmed the existing voltage was enough for it to work. All in all, it turned out to be a lot simpler than I thought. As long as you are happy doing some DIY you can install this pretty easily. Review I moved from a Nest Hello wired camera. This is a big improvement in terms of image quality. The only thing I am slightly concerned about is during dusk when there isnt quite enough light for the IR LEDs to come on it produces a dark image where its hard to make out faces. Nest seems to get around this somehow (likely increasing exposure in post processing). The eufy security app is much better than nest, the cameras load quicker and the clips are much easier to navigate. You also get many more settings to control what kind of notifications you get, if clicking on notification should take you to live view vs the clip of the motion that triggered the alert etc. And finally the pre recorded massages are a good touch. I have had many instances of trying to talk to someone at the door only to be let down by poor 4G connection on my phone. This means I can just press a button and it will play a pre recorded message.

Install tough for existing wiring but worth it. Great for people w/both Alexa&Nest or Smartthings/HA
Physical installation: Despite this being recommended for people with existing door bell wiring, a plug in adapter comes in the box and they only provide instructions on how to wire in a wall plug and drill through your wall. Not use existing wiring as suggested. Eufy support recommend a 24VAC 30VA output transformer (which cost £35 on Amazon and have reviews flagging how dangerous they are) which are extremely uncommon in uk and Ireland. However i managed to get enough power from the 24VAC 1A trafo I had (search "garo 24v bell transformer" on screwfix, about a tenner). These are very similar to the transformer supplied by Ring Pro in the box in Europe. However most old houses will not have these so you will likely need to buy one separately. I had to bypass my existing chime which was fine but its up and running now no problems (except some errors downloading firmware upgrades). I contacted support but they were really not much help for installation. App setup: Once physically installed, app was super easy to setup. It prompted me to update firmware which wouldn't work for me, but worked fine after a day. Once setup you can choose activity zones and "ignore zones" for motion detection. Great for people near roads. You can also adjust motion sensitivity to only pick up what it detects at human movement with is great. I only wish they had two motion sensitivity settings 1) to trigger recording (should be more sensitive) and 2) to trigger notifications (should be less sensitive and only when a human is detected). Otherwise you have the option get notifications all the time for any movement or else less notifications but less recordings (means you miss a lot). Night vision is not an option for me as my setup has to be beside a large white wall which blows out the infrared (see 1st pic). However I have enough ambient light to not use it (last pic). The supplied 15° wedge helps a little, but would love it there was a 45° corner cit available like there is for the ring, this would solve my night vision problem. They do exist but only from 3rd party 3d printers in America which is disappointing. App notifications: There is zero lag in notifications or physical chime, and I mean it. I was very impressed. I have gigabit broadband and it's about 5 metres from the router (through an external wall) but connection is instant. And theres only about 0.5s lag in conversation. When it detects motion you get a thumbnail of the person's face very quickly and the same thing for a door press. Storage: Storage costs nothing since it's local which is great. You can easily download the videos to your phone (one click) and then have Google photos backup the folder automatically which frees phone storage and retains everything in cloud. Downside is clearly this can be ripped off wall and videos which haven't been downloaded to phone disappear once power is off. Smart home integration: I have it connected via my Google Nest Hub and my Echo Show. I can ask either to show me the doorbell and see it no problem. Haven't yet tried but I don't think they automatically display the feed when the bell goes, only when you ask. You can also use Alexa routines to do things on door press (e.g. doorbell pressed, turn on outside lights). You cannot trigger anything on motion however. For smartthings I have created a virtual device for when they doorbell is pressed which turns on via Alexa routine and off after 5 minutes. That was I can run automations based on front door activity with context of time of day etc. I'm hoping to figure a way to display the feed on my Nvidia shield depending on that button press, but I will come back if I can. I should say too it does use echo devices as a chime as well which is handy for multiple floors of house (though provided chime is plenty loud IMHO). Summary: Great option for people who have both Nest and Alexa ecosystems and want to be able to use both. If you are committed to Nest or Alexa/Ring/Fire you might be better served in either ecosystem. However if you want no monthly costs and an always on doorbell this is for you. Eufy if you're reading, please make available the corner kit options and improve you EU installation instructions. If you think people need transformers, you should supply them like Ring Pro! And please provide two different motion sensitivity settings; one for recording and one for notifying!

Quite good but not perfect
Motion sensors very hard to get just right. Kept picking up christmas lights and car wheels as people. However sometimes doesn't detect the postman coming to the door. It does not work with alexa/google as expected. Yes our echo dot can be used as a chime but inwas expecting i could get the doorbell to show up on the TV via a fire stick but it doesn't. Overall pretty good for the price and with no subscription I would still recommend this to people.

Marche parfaitement.
