No these are for the X plate form and older. They do not fit the AX models

Why won't these work on my Silk 1X Charge and Go CIC, do I have to remove my wax guard?

These click sleeves are for the previous generations of Silk CIC. What you will need to get is the new 3.0 sleeves.

I have a signia hearing aid, not sure what model. I have been satisfied with the click sleeves, they work well. The most important thing is to get the right size for your ear. Should be able to tell that with what your initial purchase of hearing aid came with.
