i have to say it looks really nice. Cons
I know when you really want something, you try to ignore the negative reviews, at least that's what i do. well, if you are going to order this wine rack, at least be informed before you buy.Pros: i have to say it looks really nice.Cons: it didn't come with instructions. i had to contact seller to get it from them. it is not functional, meaning that it is not sturdy. I will not be placing wine bottles because i don't think it could hold them for the long run. We were lucky to use a stud and even with that, I don't think it would hold for a long time. The wine rack came with a couple of chips here and there. I contacted seller and he/she said to send pics and they would either replace or offer a discount. After i sent pics, he/she said that unfortunately, the seller doesn't have control over the money. That they couldn't do anything for me.so now you are an informed consumer :)

Perfect for apartments
This shelf looks elegant, it's functional, and was the perfect solution for my limited space. My one wee complaint is that the rails are a tiny bit too narrow to fit my oversized red stemware. I had to do a little shifting to get them in just right. Make sure you use the heavy-duty drywall anchors and/or mount it in a wall stud. You'll inevitably have a disaster if you don't.

Better parts to secure to wall.
I am so pleased with the apprearance of the wine rack, but they did't send parts to assure it will hold six wine bottles. After a couple of days, it was leaning away from wall. Since my husband is a carpenter/contractor, he ended up buying toggles and was able to secure it so it will never come down. So- beware you folks who purchase. Otherwise I am pleased with the look and the product fit our needs quite well.

Nice wine glass rack.
Nice wine glass rack. Easy installation. I wish I could have only ordered the glass rack. I will try to sell the shelf.

Nice
Product came with no instructions. Needed some Jerry-rigging because of gap between holes on back and diameter of wall-mounted shafts. Once they were up, looked nice.

Beautiful and functional, with some minor design flaws
Okay so this thing looks really slick on the wall, and frankly it was hard to locate a wine rack that included glass holders, so this really fit the bill. It holds everything, except there are some definite downsides.First, the instructions weren't in there, as a couple of other folks noted. Impossible to find online. See the questions - very helpful guy answered my question about how to attach these to the wall, so go read that first if you can't figure it out.Second, the way they both attach to the wall is a bit sketchy. Here is why I think so. The floating shelf system has two parts: shelf and metal bracket to slide shelf on to. First, the metal bracket on the wine rack part is a bit weak. Frankly, I won't be able to trust it to hold the wine I intend to store on it without additional bracing underneath. Oddly, the shelf with the glasses on it had a larger metal bracket, which was a bit odd since glasses are much lighter than wine. Second, the screw holes on the wine shelf bracket are WAY too close together, so that when you pre drill the holes, they almost merge in to one hole. This is not good for stability on the wall. Finally, the way the bracket attaches to the shelf is only two screws, neither of which bite in to the wood on the other side of the hole. Meaning, they go into the shelf underneath, through the metal tube of the bracket, but then aren't long enough to really bite into the wood on the other side of the tube. I'm sure it's fine, but considering the wood is MDF I just don't have huge confidence in it, so we will be adding shelf brackets under the wine rack shelf.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this set for aesthetics and functionality, just be sure it's firmly attached to the wall before loading it up with heavy wine bottles. :)Oh btw, the stemware holders have five slots for glasses, and someone mentioned they store 15 glasses, but there is no way in heck you can store three glasses per row unless you're using non standard wine glasses, or maybe champagne flutes. The glasses bang together in a nerve wracking manner if there are three glasses per row. So don't count on 15, but a minimum of 10 and possibly 15 if glasses are extra narrow.

I love this thing
I love this thing, heavy, but not too heavy, i was able to hang it by myself in about 10 minutes. Longest part of the install was making sure my marks were level. I would NOT use the wall anchors unless you go and purchase something really heavy duty. I put it directly into the studs, even revised my design plan to accommodate that because I didn't feel comfortable with doing any kind of drywall anchor. It looks awesome and very pleased with this purchase.
