Great for kids. I have taken them too. They taste fine, help my son sleep and help me stay sane.

We have a two year-old granddaughter who is going through the two year sleep regression and it’s been horrible!!! I didn’t think anything would work - we’ve tried everything, then finally resorted to buying the liquid kind that didn’t have melatonin in it but we couldn’t even get her to take it because it tastes like medicine. So, as a last resort, we got these 1 mg melatonin Gummies, I didn’t have high hopes. They are a miracle! First of all they’re nice and soft and easy to chew plus they taste really good… Almost too good. She goes out within a half hour to 45 minutes of eating it and sleeps peacefully through the night, but wakes up without a problem , bright and early. Her mom and dad are experimenting with only giving a half of a gummy so we’ll see how that goes and I will update. The ultimate goal is not to need any gummy whatsoever, but we’re not there yet.

My 3 year old has ALWAYS been a bad sleeper. She is very hyper naturally. She most likely has ADHD like her father does. She is also very picky and other kids “sleep gummies” she wouldn’t eat. We tried zarbees and she said they were yucky. These gummies she LOVES! My husband and I tried them first and they do taste good and work well. I like this brand, I have tried other items from mommy’s bliss before. If your child wakes up in the middle of the night or has trouble winding down these work fantastic! I love that they are for ages 3+. We double checked with the doctor before giving our toddler these and the doctor said they are safe. To the parents of “bad sleepers” rejoice! These gummies will make your life easier! Just try them I seriously doubt you will regret it. Like I mentioned they are great for adults too.Side note- prior to this we had been using “tired teddies” which are for ages 2+ we used the ones you mix into food/drink or in our case- her night time bottle. They worked well for that stage but the dosage is much less than these mommy’s bliss so they only worked for less body weight. She grew a lot from ages 2-3.Good luck!

Wonderful and relaxing for you boys! We have been using this brand on our boys (7 & 9 now) for the past three years. We went through a few brands and this was the most effective. The taste is delish! I love sneaking in two when I, myself, need a good night’s sleep. We give my 7 year old one gummy and my 9 year old 2 gummies. We started off giving them each 1/2 gummy because they relaxed them pretty quickly. Sleep quality is amazing. Worth every bit of $ spent. I would say the only side effect is that they both have at least one nightmare a week which I hear is a side effect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
