I took these pills for a month and almost started feeling like Fabio without the good hair of muscles. But it did help me effectively, helped with my sleep, pain relief, while also easy to swallow because I can’t believe it’s not butter. So even though I felt sexy I was told no. Try again. So I did. I went on vacation by myself and man was it nice.

I don't really know if it helps me or what I should notice in terms of improvements, but the specifications look good, and the customer reviews are very positive and the capsules are easy to swallow and don't have any fishy aftertaste, which is important for me. Based on the companies product description, it seems like it's a really good quality fish oil, which is important for me. I have no idea if fish oil works or not. I have been taking it for years and have tried several different brands. The Nordic Naturals have no fishy taste or smell. They cost more but I'm worth it right?? Last time I bought the Cosco brand because they were cheaper, but they really had a fishy smell and taste.
