Great stuff!
This is the best egg replacer I've found for baking. My cup cakes and cakes come out so moist with this product - everything else caused my cakes and cupcakes to be dense.

Works well in scratch recipes
This egg-replacing powder works well for baked goods prepared from scratch. Whether you're using this because of an allergy, for safety reasons, or to save money on eggs, it does the job of an egg in a recipe. So far, I've used it to replace the two eggs needed for a loaf of banana bread, and it worked perfectly.

Seems to work just as well as Ener G
I usually use Ener G as my egg replacer product, but this was available so I went for it. I have found it to perform just as well as Ener G when I use it as a replacement for baked goods. No funky flavors and it leads to has lead to the desired baking result each time with cakes and breads.

Great product! Highly recommend!
My grandson is very allergic to eggs, so it’s a treat for him to be able to enjoy baked goods like everyone else. I made a carrot cake for Easter using Namaste Egg Replacement. It was easy to measure and use and resulted in a beautiful, delicious cake. Highly recommend!

Easy to Use, No Nightshades or Legumes, Works Well in Baked Goods
I love Namaste products, and this is no exception. Not only is it gluten free, it's also legume and nightshade free. I use it for baking and cooking. It's not made to be fried or scrambled, so disregard any reviews that complain about the taste, texture, etc. when used for that purpose. It's meant to be used for baking/cooking. It adds moistness and helps my breads hold together. I've used it for both quick breads and yeast breads. It's easy to use- 2 teaspoons of the mix and 2 tablespoons of warm water. It thickens up and works like an egg substitute should.

Hands down the best
Best egg replacement I’ve ever used. Love it. Better than Bobs

It works
So it works pretty well. It's hard to mix for 6 eggs because there's a lot of powder to mix. I will mix a little at a time next time. The taste is much better than other egg replacements I have tried. I used it for a baked oatmeal recipe, but I don't think I will use it for cakes.
