I needed a webcam for work since I have online meetings almost every day now, I wanted good picture quality and good microphones. The camera is very straight forward, you just plug to your computer via USB and the computer automatically detects it. I have used it so far in the ZOOM, Skype and Google meet. The picture is so crispy, even in the dark environment its performance is so good, compared with the original laptop cam. I saw there are microphone issues in many other webcams on Amazon, this one is collecting the sound well!Worth the price which is not bad at all. The built-in privacy shutter is incredibly special and helpful! Oh! Also, the webcam is coming with a tripod, so I could not only place the webcam on the top of the screen, but on the desk!

I have a two-monitor setup at my home office. I've been moving my laptop in front of the monitors to take video calls which is inconvenient and blocks my monitors. I decided to get a webcam to not have to mess with that nonsense.The first unit I ordered arrived with the stick connecting the camera to the base snapped in half. I replaced the item and the second camera had the same issue. The camera quality looked fine, nothing better than my laptop camera. I didn't purchase it wanted an excellent picture or anything, but it was still disappointing.I'm going to try something else.

Camera won't screw on to any tripod. Nut in camera is wrong size.

After receiving the goods, I can’t wait to open the package. The box is very delicate, giving people a delicate feeling. The baby is small and exquisite, the workmanship is exquisite, plug in the usb plug, connect the audio cable, and have a try, it is very easy to use, clear photos, video calls, no noise, the microphone is also very easy to use. I bought it for my child to use for online lessons. The child is very satisfied and a satisfied shopping!

Well, the thing wasn't particularly usable. The swivel it was mounted on was incredibly loose and would not stay in any given position, primarily because the weight of the USB cable overcame what little resistance the swivel had and wound up making the thing point at the ceiling no matter if it was on the tripod or the monitor. The clasp that holds the device to the monitor was also somewhat loose.As for the camera itself:The autofocus actually worked pretty well. The picture quality however, was grainier than it should have been - it did not look 1080p, had several white pixels, and the whole image was very white washed no matter what lighting changes I made. It was like playing a videogame with the gamma set to maximum. The graininess also makes me wonder if instead of a true 1080p camera, if it's just a lower resolution that's been upscaled.I honestly cannot recommend this camera. It's possible I just got a lemon, but... well, I can only review what I experienced and I am not inspired to wait around for another one.

This is an OK webcam, but not worth the price. It is constantly auto focusing which makes the image blur and then clear up several times per minute. The tripod is miniature and almost useless. Also the tripod is so light it just tips over without a touch. The latch attached to the webcam does not have a good grip on my computer. Therefore it is difficult to adjust the angle. And the image quality could be better. The colors appear washed out.

The webcam is very small and convenient, and the integrated design of the camera and microphone is also very convenient. The picture definition and microphone sound quality provided by the camera are absolutely enough for online classes. Under the win 7 system, it doesn't need any settings. If it is plugged into the USB port, it will be recognized automatically. The webcam is plug and play which is very convenient. The length of the cable is also sufficient, very satisfied.

The camera does a reasonable job, but the built in microphone does not work well with Windows 10. The microphone needs more volume boost and the boost level allowed by Windows 10 is not enough. I wrote the manufacturer and they apologized and said that they are sorry, but no suggestions as to how to solve the problem. I went on line and sure enough, there are complaints about Windows 10 being able to provide enough audio boost for other than this product working as it should. If it is truly the Windows 10 operating systems problem, the microphone problem belongs to Microsoft. The camera provides a picture, but to get good results, proper lightning is required. I would send it back, but too much hassle to mail and it will take half the price to ship.
