8” Titanium Plated Chef's Knife

Great knife that just feels good in the hand. Has a good weight to it despite being 8". Excellent edge and it is a beautiful knife for the price. will update after months of use on how well the edge holds up and sharpens back.

Wonderful knife! Very sharp and light weight. I've always used cheap store brand knives. This is my first professional chefs knife. Right out of the gate I cut up a tomato, onion, and green pepper. Very impressed with the quality of the cuts. It didn't tear the tomato skin or leave choppy cut onion pieces. Perfect cuts every time! Setting the knife down I just barely skimmed the edge of my finger and cut it right open. User error, obviously, but learned real quick just how sharp this knife is. Well worth the money! Highly recommend

The MosfiaTa Santoku is a very well-made knife. It has a nice weight to it and is very sharp. I have used it for the past four months and the coating has not come off nor is the knife dull fro it's use. My only complaint is the fact that it didn't come with the finger guard nor the knife sharpener. It only came with the plastic sheath.

I love this knife already, I got it today and took it immediately to work. Chopped and sliced my way through the shift like it was nothing. For the price it was great, only issue is I could use more weight in the handle. Keep in mind I'm 6'5" 250lbs. The knife for me was a bit light. The balance was still good, and my old lady I think it's perfect for her as far as weight goes. Shes 5' nothing inches lol, and doesnt have much culinary skills. But one more gripebesides the weight, would've preferred a steel instead of a knuckle protector. On the upside if I'm ever hungover going into work I can cut time on chopping because I have finger shields lol.

I was new to buying specialty knives for the kitchen, and this was a impulse buy also get with a veggie one. I have not had a more productive 2 weeks in the kitchen. This knife has been a joy to use, for someone who didn’t know he needed these, I can’t look back. The knife is heavy and solid, but is extremely well balanced, making handling this EXTREMELY sharp knife a breeze. I was unsure about the black finish, but have had no issue with it, and absolutely find it helpful while using. The stark contrast helps me eye my cuts as well. 2 weeks in and not a single issue with the quality of the item. I recommend this for anyone looking to expand their culinary learning, or just moving up from a $60 full set. Only issue...I ordered the black finish (also the vegetable blade and two others) and I did not get the plastic sheath to store it. I am scared the edge or finish may be damaged. 😞

I love this knife. it cuts through chicken bones with ease and tough watermelon skin.,It’s a pretty knife and has good weight. I use it for everything from slicing to dicing. This knife is very sharp use care when using it. it has helped to elevate my cooking game.

ずっしりとした重さを感じます。 男性なら問題ない重さですが、女性は少し抵抗してしまうかもと思います。 切れ味はいいです。 まだ使い始めて数週間ですが、切れ味は落ちてない感じです。

めっちゃ切れるので素人は(自分も素人ですが包丁を使い慣れてない意味で)危ないです 少し大きいし重いです 慎重に使えば問題ないです 小さいお子さんがいる場合は手が届かないようなところで厳重に取り扱い願います 使い終わったら洗って拭いて錆び付かせないようにする事で切れ味など長持ちします(当たり前ですが一応いい包丁なので) とても気に入ったので一生使っていきたいと思います！
