This Actimove knee supporter feels good on the knee, and offers more support above and below the knee than I expected. I ordered a small size and it fits perfectly. It's thick enough that I think it will last a good while, longer than other brands I have purchased. Two thumbs up!

The new larger size is just right! Fit is good and does what I wanted it to do which is give me light support and keeps my old arthritic knees warm so they don't hurt!!!

Very nice material that gave nice support around my knees. However the top of the support is way too tight around my thighs. My measurement is several inches less than the size chart measurement for the 2X size. I am stretching the tops of the supports to see if I can loosen the top band enough that I can wear them .

works good but but on small side

My left knee is so arthritic it is crippling and exhausting. I ordered the L because my measurement of 17" is at the high end of the inch range. However, although it isn't loose, it gives less compression than other sleeves I have tried. I don't feel the knee is quite as secured but it was at first very comfortable and had some helpful compression. The material/fabric is soft and smooth. I lowered the 5 star review I gave this originally because after I wore it a few times it got looser and now it rolls up over and behind the knee after wearing it a short amount of time.

I tore my right menicus after a second surgery. The only option I have is to a have knee replacement. I am going to wear this brace until I crawl into an orthopedic surgeon's office. I walk, bike ride and and hike with this knee support. I am seventy three years old. I do not wear this brace when I sleep. I wrap my leg. I normally wear a medium in clothing. First, I bought a medium knee support and then I bought a large. I would advise going up one size if you are a first time buyer.
