Saw this in Facebook ads at a much higher price. This is cheaper but seems to be identical to the one in the Facebook ads and is very sturdy and well made. I have severe neck pain. This does help but it is no miracle cure which is why I am glad I got it here and did not spend a lot on some dodgy website. A useful aid to have for neck pain tho and worth trying. Very comfortable to use. As a bonus the translated instructions are hilarious!

I have suffered with neck discomfort for many years also I held myself very stiff during dance due to my neck problem I cannot believe what difference a couple of 15 minutes sessions using the cloud pillow has made The lumps and swelling in my neck have gone and I have more movement when dancing and not feeling as stiff. I am shocked how quickly I have seen changes I will definitely keep this as part of my daily routine

Don't expect much. It helps release some tension on your neck, but it's no miracle product. I would describe it as mediocre in terms of effect and the material feels cheap and not very worthwhile for money.

A bit uncomfortable but am sure it will help

Like many of you reading this review, I have been on the eternal quest to find that one thing that will fix my back and eliviate all that pain. I have tried every amazon product from foam rollers and back stretchers to massage chairs and massage guns. When you're in this position and can't bare thr pain any longer, you buy a product like this knowing that there is a slim chance it will work - but you'll take any slim chance to get rid of the pain! My partner laughs everytime I order a new piece of plastic or electronic massager that ends up shoved in cupboard of shame after rolling around on it for a few weeks in front of the TV. I've seen professionals and paid a lot to have someone frequently poke me about - as many of you probably have. All that said, this might be 'the one'. Who would have thought a £16 blue piece of plastic from China would be it - but sometimes life is funny like that. I lay down on the floor and placed it under my neck. The instructions say to hold your hands up above your neck and push your elbows 90 degrees (like a horizontal handstand). Actually the instructions don't really describe it well so that's why I marked it down to 4 stars. The arms above the head ensures that there is enough weight pulling down onto those pressure points that will start to numb the back of the neck and the spine. Now my one REALLY USEFUL TIP that they don't tell you - but it is the same for all these products - deep breathing is absoulety key to this. Breathing deep helps your muscles release, and ultimately lower your body into a calm state where the pressure points can really active. The deep and longer your breaths the better. The other thing that they don't tell you - or at least this happens to me and maybe there is something wrong with me - is that your arms stop working completely and you feel really high for about 20 mins afterwards. I don't know if this is a result of the acupuncture in the spine or blood rushing to other places - but it feels great. Long story short I would recommend this product at this price.

Excellent product and service

I had ongoing pain from one spot at the right base of my skull, spreading across my neck, and down to my shoulder blades. I'd gone over a week with this, as pain medication and heat packs was only a small relief until I had to take more, waking up in pain multiple times a night. Daily excercises were impossible to do unless I had meds in me. So I bought a mix of things hoping to find relief. Following advice from previous reviews, I used it morning and night for 8 minutes, laying on it as shown in the instructions. One of the larger bumps rested where the pain was radiating from, so the first two times the pain felt a lot worse than normal when laying down. Afterwards I could tell, for me, that the pain was lessening. I could move my neck a little more, it didn't hurt so much when I ate food, and each time afterwards it didn't hurt so much to lie down on the support. After a week, the pain had mostly gone and I was relieved to only have a stiff neck, which is now going with daily excercises. The images of the support is exactly as the ones on Amazon. Still looking brand new as when it first arrived. I'll be stashing it away in case the pain comes back, as it definitely helped me in my specific case. Hopefully it can help you if you find yourself in a similar situation.
