I have always had an area in my spine that feels like it is out of place. It is hard to get relief from that feeling without going and getting an adjustment. This back stretcher helps with that. I can feel my spine pop back in place as i roll back on this stretcher. It has really given my back relief. It feels so much better. It has 3 levels. It takes time to work up to the highest arch. I have arthritis in my back and 2 bulging discs. (According to my MRI)This has really given relief to my back everyday.

The back stretcher almost feels like a torture device at first. If your back is already in a lot of pain, I would recommend starting with it flat. As you move up in different positions of this device, it’s probably best to go slow and increase over days or maybe weeks. It’s kind of like taking vitamins or going for a jog after being a couch potato. It’s not exactly fun or comfortable, but it’s good for you. Over time, stretching my back in various PT positions has become a good way for me to avoid having my back go out. This was a good addition to that regiment.

I love this back stretcher. It has 3 adjustable settings to increase the intensity of the stretch. It’s great for a long day hunched over at a desk, driving, or even working on your feet. I always get a couple audible pops when I use it for the first time that day. Some slight discomfort when sitting up after laying on it for a while but I think that’s just my back muscles readjusting. 5/5 I make everyone try this out when they visit especially if they complain of any back pain.

Such an affordable solution to back pain! I had an L4-L5 spinal fusion and disc degeneration disease all the way up my spine, this hurt for the first few minutes, then the muscle settle and I get off it feels so much better! It takes the pressure off my discs and lets the muscles relax. Worth the money!

I got rid of my inversion table which wasn't helping my back much, and tried this. I think I paid about one-tenth the price of the table, and get more relief from this. I'm happy with the purchase.

This is helpful to alleviate my sciatica. The stretch it gives also feels nice. It’s a simple but effective device.

If only it supported itself with an even higher arch + heavier weight
