although everything looks like it's been used extensively
Received the product quickly. Upon opening the box, noticed that the LED Light Source was already scratched and banged up. I could hear the light bulb rattling around loose in the housing, but couldn't figure out how to open the housing to re-seat the bulb. I finally determined that there should have been a screw on the top of the housing which, when loosened, would allow the front to slide off. However, there was no screw, and the front was locked onto the housing tight. After looking at it for a while, I figured out that there had been a screw at one point, but it had broken, leaving just a part of the screw in the house. I was finally able to get the front off, but the end of the screw left gouge marks in the housing and the front piece. There was also no AC adapter for the light.The rest of the components are there, although everything looks like it's been used extensively. Nothing looks new.There were also no instructions, although the product description doesn't list instructions as part of the package, I still thought there would have been at least something.

No connector, detached light
Received the product without 110v connector and with the light bulb loose.Product Update: Moved from 1 to 4 stars. Customer service replied promply sending the missing part. Customer service is worth the +3 stars difference.I installed the led light. The product was tested and works perfectly! Following hours of fun with physics.

Not usable
The lamp arrived with its bulb loose, and short of drilling through the broken-off screw holding the case shut, there is no way to fix or replace the bulb. The lenses are too large for the riders.

Toy store product for $4.99
It would be an ok product in a toy store for $4.99. For anything more serious, it has extremely poor quality. All holders and the rail are flimsy. It is impossible to assure the 90-degree angle between the rail and the holders. All angles are off, randomly for each holder. Impossible to align. Holders cannot be easily taken off the bench without a significant disassembly.
