It really is the best
This has been my #1 favorite flour for years; not just for bread but also for pizza. I keep on trying other brands, and I always come back to this one. I still like KA flour for all-purpose and high gluten when I need it, but for bread and pizza, nothing else works as well for me. My only gripe with this product is that the company won't sell it in 50 pound bags for professionals; only 25 pound bags, and not at a competitive price. I make pizza professionally, and if they would offer this at a competitive price in 50 pound bags, my quest for the perfect flour at the professional level would be over. It's already been over for years in my home kitchen. Anyway, if you're at all on the fence about trying flour, give it a shot. You won't look back, I promise.
