Q: ok I saw that they ship from Turkey but is it frozen baklava before ship it out ?

DAILY SHIPMENT from our factory (located in Istanbul/Turkey) directly after production. So it is not frozen, it is fresh.

Q: Hi, does your baklava have citrus in it?

Likely a few drops in the syrup.

Q: Does the 1500 gram option come as one pack or three packs? Is it possible to get a discount for getting three 500 gram packs?

In 3 packs Sir. Unfortunately we can't do any discount because of the high shipping costs. During the pandemic the shipping costs from Turkey to US increased several times which is out of our control.
