These zinc tablets are small and easy to swallow with no after taste. You get a 200 day supply which is good value for money. I bought them to help my testosterone level as I'm getting older and I know they are working as i now get morning wood again. Very pleased as is my wife.

They come in a huge supply and are easy to take, but I haven’t noticed any noticeable effects. They’re fine if you just want a convenient dose, but don’t expect dramatic results.

Good value. For those noticing a taste or smell, that's usually a sign you're very low on zinc! Of course, I'm not a doctor, but my understanding is based on research done at Reading University in the 1980s.

The bottle was quite easy to open and the tablets were quite nice.
