Silicone Large Baking Mat, 12x17-Inch, Gray

I love it. It's easy to clean, and I love that it doesn't produce waste like parchment paper and foil.

I almost only use these for roasting vegetables of all kinds on a baking sheet. Cook evenly, saves on foil, clean up easily by hand or in dishwasher. They will discolor from high heat but that does not damage them or affect their cooking ability.

This works fantastically for me. I don't use any oil, butter, or flour on the surface and baked goods slide right off. It is completely flat on a baking sheet, even when stored rolled up.

I absolutely love these mats. They are game changers. Before I would use foil to keep my baking sheets free from mess and lots of scrubbing. Nothing I did to the foil made it nonstick though. These mats help the food to slide like butter. It’s amazing. Burnet on cheese literally just falls off. So easy to clean. They do stain a bit with oily foods but it’s really not a big deal. You can’t expect it to stay white with greasy oily food and high temps. But I have used probably 20 times and still in amazing shape. Love love love!

Only silicone cooking mat I could find ANYWHERE that FIT my raised-edge cookie sheet/baking pan! Old mat hung over both edges, so it didn't work, as seen on red-bordered mat. It's just a standard 9 x14 pan, too! Just pop it in, bake (with even heat) and dunk in soapy water to clean, rinse and stand it up in the drainer. (If I had a dishwasher, that works too.) No fuss, no muss. I'm happy 😊!

This is my second purchase of these baking mats. They are wonderful for keeping the mess in my air fryer to a minimum and work great. I highly recommend them.
