Rubbish product. Rubbish customer service
Absolutely ridiculous. Product spoilt in 8 months. Customer care is not helping. They are raising a complaint but the authorised service centre guys are refusing a home visit saying I need to courier the iron to Usha's bhiwandi warehouse. Its been 12 days. Customer care is saying the same thing that technician will come but the technician is refusing to come. Rubbish
