Haven't started it yet but looks like a good product and had good reviews.

I recently cut the dose I was taking in half to see if I can cut back. (I take two capsules in the morning and two at night and I cut it to one capsule morning and night.) And within about four days I noticed a huge jump in pain! I'm back on my two capsules morning and night forever now.

Helps with my hot flashes

Good product But: I have been taking these for over a year now and have noticed in the last four months the color has gradually changed. When I first started purchasing these they were a very green color. In the last four months they have gradually become more yellow. Seems that the perhaps the ratio of turmeric to moringa has changed? Or the quality of the moringa? Should be nice and green. Not sure, might look into a different brand. I like that it has both saves me taking another supplement but if I have to go back to taking each individually to insure I am getting the right amounts of each I will.

I used to take a turmeric curcumin supplement, which worked well, but the added moringa works even better. I have a lot of joint pain and this is really the most effective product that I've ever tried.

As expected. Delivered on time

They do not taste great, but they do have good property’s to them. My pain is a lot less and I can move more freely.
