661190 Wildflowers Thinlits Die Set by Tim Holtz (7/Pack)

A smooth transaction. Exactly as expected. This is one of my most favorite stamp and dies sets. It is simple gorgeous. It stamps well and has nice bold like which lends itself for so many different coloring options but esp watercoloring. The bold lines seem to make it a bit easier for a beginner to practice their coloring skills. This lines heat emboss well. The dies are easy to line up and cut out cleanly. I am very happy with my purchase.

These, as are all the Sizzix dies that I have tried, are excellent quality. I never have to worry about them not cutting through. These wildflowers are very versatile. They can be used on any type of card, from sympathy to birthday and in between.

Good dies, need C plate for Cuttlebug machine I really love these dies. So pretty and they suit my style of card making. I wish they would cut thicker papers and card stock better, though I think the delicacy of the flower shapes is the reason they don’t. They work great on regular scrap book papers though. Nice crisp, well defined shapes. You will need a C plate to use with the Cricut “Cuttlebug."

Wow!! The images I get from these dies are so perfectly delicate and detailed! Equally Wonderful when used as silhouette backgrounds or as focal points on your projects! The resulting cuts are quite delicate so they take a gentle hand when dealing with them and teeny, tiny touches of glue. They have cut through thin paper and cardstock perfectly for me, cutting completely and cleanly. I did buy a tool to help brush out all the teeny, tiny pieces and to help dislodge it from the die. You won't be disappointed in the quality of these dies or the cuts you get from them.

I love these dies! Tim Holtz thinlits are amazing dies and these do not disappoint. Each bloom comes out exactly as it looks like, but even more delicate than I thought they would be. I colored a few of them in with copic markers - lovely. I can think up numerous usages for these dies and can't wait to try out my ideas! Highly recommend.

I just have a real sweet spot for the bigz dies. I have recently been purchasing these thinlit dies and spellbinders wafer thin dies for my newest hobby of the month- journaling... I have to stop with these new hobbies its getting expensive.... I like the really small detail I am able to get but man you can't cut through much at all. These thin ones go through about 2 sheets of copy paper and they don't like to either... 1 sheet of cardstock. Bonus though they do cut through foam so you can make your own stamps with these, glue with Beacon 3 in 1 glue and its a permanent hold on a piece of cardboard (scavenged from the Amazon box these and my other items came in) for a quick and easy stamp. So that's cool. Alas, I had my hurrah with the thin dies... back to my bigz. Where you can cut cardboard, mat board, layers upon layers of fabric, 8 or 10 layers of paper, 6 layers of cardstock... Bigz - you shall always have my heart in this crafty world.

I just received this die set and tried them right away. The flowers look just like the picture depicts. I love using the thin dies. They cut punch very clean and sharp. There are tiny holes on the metal for you to polk out the shape. The reason is the dies are so thin that the shape is stuck into the die and makes it hard to get out. Remember, because the dies are thin you can only use card stock of 110lb, 60lb or anything simuliar in weight. I put double sided sticker tape on back of the card stock before punching the shapes, letters and words. This will make it easier to put on my cards, boxes and gift bags. Using a glue stick will be too messy and may not stick well or long enough.

We make a lot of cards and this is a very easy product to use. Love it for my sympathy cards as we tie die a background with the Distress Oxide Ink, then put an arrangement of flowers in the center with a banner that says "with sympathy".

They cut well and are delicate. Very nice silhouette designs and good sizes, they are not super small. I needed few cut flowers for some projects and this fits the bill. Sizzix has a few of these flower dies and they all look pretty - some are super small, some very large - this one is in the middle. I have my eye on another one down the road, but this set fits the bill and is versatile in its variations. If you only want to get only one for now - I think it is a good choice!
