A few marks to back but new glass screen. It charges to 100% and does not seem to need charging any more frequently to my broken one it replaced. No corner dings either. Happy with purchase

Im so impressed with this phone, it come even better than I expected, first delivery was quicker than expected, and the phone was packaged really well. The phone it's self is in perfect condition, and works perfectly it literally looks like new, and it come with extra accessories that I wasn't expecting, screen protector already on the phone, a phone case, a phone pen, a charging wire and the little thing to get the sim in and out, a little instrument leaflet on how to install and a 12 month warranty card. I would 100% buy a phone from these guys again and recommend them. My son is super happy with his new phone and it's in perfect condition and didn't cost me the earth so I'm happy as well.

It's smaller than what I'm used to but is a nice wee phone, I'm still getting to know it since I'm not familiar with iphones. It has access to everything I have on my Samsung, Personally I'm using the phone for music and my gym workouts, not sure is use it for anything other than basic stuff as outlined above. Has a good camera, the battery runs down quite quickly. I'm not totally unhappy with it its just not what I'm used to.

I ordered the IPhone SE 2020 through Amazon Renewed. The seller was The Gadget Store. The phone was fine at first but then started displaying battery error messages regarding the battery not being a recognised apple battery . It also started powering off randomly . I contacted The Gadget Store through Amazon and explained tue issue . They advised me to return the phone to them and that they would either send me a ‘pristine’ replacement or issue a refund . Once they received the phone they contacted me to say that they would not issue a refund as stated that I had had repairs done on the phone and this invalidated the warranty . THIS WAS UTTERLY UNTRUE. Despite me explaining repeatedly that this was not the case, they would not issue the refund and advised me to go through Amazon . I spoke to Amazon who sent 2 long messages to the Gadget Store, detailing that they should refund the item or return it to me so that I could return it to Amazon and receive a refund from Amazon . The gadget Store ignored the messages completely and jut kept replying to me, telling me to contact Amazon . After numerous messages and phone calls, I have now been refunded by Amazon . However, I have bought through Amazon for years and never experienced such terrible customer service from a seller . I can only assume they do this on a regular basis to get out of honouring warranties . STAY CLEAR!!

So pleased with this excellent small phone! Condition is excellent with not a blemish. Battery condition shows as being 100% having had a replacement battery. Came fully charged and already updated to latest IOS. (Initially I was concerned because touchscreen was not responding but this was instantly resolved by doing a restart… volume up volume down then keep holding power button until apple logo comes up)

I bought the device in excellent condition. In fact it was more than excellent. It was very clean, no scratches on the side rails or the back glass or the front glass, and the phone already came with a screen protector, which I thought it was a nice touch. The device is fine, works smooth just like any other Apple product. However, the seller that gave me this device gave a phone with 78% battery health, lower than the 80% promise made by Amazon. This makes it very inconvenient for me as I have to charge the phone 3 times a day. This makes the experience really bad as the battery for the iPhone SE already comes in very small and a loss of 22% of the total battery capacity makes it quite bad. I would shop renewed again from a reputable seller again though. The seller that gave me this was DigitalTechno.
