Q: Can the nato mount be rotated 90 degrees?

Yes. You can screw out the NATO mount first and mount it on another angle, but we not recommend this way. If you want use mini stinger handle as a side handle, we recommend you to use our PA28M-CK which is with ARRI rosette mount.

Q: Does the Nato Clamp version come with a Nato rail?

Yes! It comes with a NATO rail and a cold shoe adapter.
