Yes, i primarily use them for gaming, games such as tarkov or valorant that require precise location through audio is night and day, love these as a daily driver.

Can these be run on an iPhone?

Short answer is yes... Long answer is, well, your iPhone headphone output wont/cant make the most of these fantastic iem's. When i first got these i tried them with the original 3.5mm lead and my MacBook Pro, they sounded very good. However when my FiiO Q1mk2 dac/amp arrived I swapped the 3.5mm lead to a 2.5mm balanced lead and WOW... faster tighter punchier bass, sweeter sparklier treble and smoother yet more detailed mids, not to mention much wider more 3d soundstage. Well worth the upgrade.
