Great for those with overpronation!
Okay so before I review the product, these are my stats: 124 lbs, 5’5” and I have very skinny ankles and narrow feet and I have severe overpronation (aka flat feet). Upon receiving these shoes, I was a bit wary, as these are a bit bulky looking and a little heavier than my usual preference of feather-light like shoes. I’m sure others who have skinny ankles and narrow feet get how heavy shoes just kill your feet! So upon try on, they feel fairly comfortable, and like how they really provide support for my flat feet (my feet look normal and don’t overpronate looking in the mirror). Next, the slight bulky look of the shoe actually has purpose. The wider base is great for balance (so important for those with narrow feet as I lose my balance easily) and the wider front (where toes are) is great for gripping the ground, which is needed in cross training style workouts, especially box jumps or lateral jumps and burpees, as well as doing barbell squats you need both that grip and balance! Overall, the shoe is great for training. But this is definitely not a running shoe in my opinion, at least not for me since I have narrow feet, I need something lighter for that purpose. And regarding sizing, I would say they are true to size, or maybe just a smidge small compared to same size in my Nike and Adidas shoes (first time buying Reebok). I would say stick to true size or size up half a size.

Great and durable shoe
Size is a little tricky with these, first time I ordered my true size and they were way too big. I typically wear a 6 in women's (most brands); I had to go down to 5.5 and they fit great. They're pretty comfortable and durable, I mostly use them for gym work like weightlifting etc. I tried using them for running but the toes are really stiff and caused some soreness so I wouldn't recommend them for that. The only complaint I have is if the soles come in contact with water they get really slippery so use extra caution when using outdoors. Overall they work well and I'm satisfied with them.

Great, basic, no frills shoe for cross training
This shoe fits true to the size chart with ample room on the toe box for a medium to slightly wide foot. The flat and firm sole construction does seem to make a positive difference when lifting weights as my foot feels more stable than when I lift in my running shoes.

Love my New Reebok Women's Nano Cross Trainer Sneakers!
This post was sponsored by Reebok. I received this product to facilitate my review, all opinions are my own. I love everything about my new Reebok Women's Nano Cross Trainer's, starting with the beautiful violet haze/ orchid color! But when it comes to functionality, this is where these athletic shoes really shine! The heel collar is great, it has a high density foam adding to overall comfort, especially when I wear them on a long training run! The flex weave fabric on the upper part of the shoe gives some added stretch. This extra flexibility is great when I am doing lateral strength training moves like 3 way lunges, lateral box jumps or "skater" jumps. They are also very durable and are perfect for running on different terrain as the minimal drop outsole provides stable footing on uneven ground. Overall, a versatile and functional shoe that is excellent to wear for a variety of different sports activities, yet they are fashionable enough to wear casually for a day out shopping or just playing in the back yard with the kids!

Good shoe but sizing mixed
Over all, this is a great shoe for weight lifting (flat and stable). I usually wear a size 9M in regular shoes but size up for gym shoes as I wear fairly heavy socks. However, after reading many of the reviews that indicated the shoe runs big, I ordered my regular size 9M. Unfortunately, the pair I received actually ran small as they were too tight even with thin socks. Exactly the opposite of what many of the reviews indicated. I am hoping that ordering a half size up will work as I like the shoe overall. I will update this review when I receive my replacement size.

Comfortable shoe for crossfit
I previously had the Grace, which is no longer made so I bought the Nano X. It's a great shoe that fits just as well as the Grace. It's comfortable enough for a running WOD and your foot is stable enough to do a heavy squat as well. A great all around shoe that I would highly recommend to anyone doing crossfit or any HIIT workout!

Prefect for CrossFit, Took some adjusting but..
Loving this shoe 2 months into CrossFit. My initial thought was they were too big. I normally wear size 9 and that’s what I purchased. They have a very wide toe box which I wasn’t used to; they also appeared to be really long. I worked out a week in them to decide if they were too big or not. At this point I still have the 9’s. They feel right - no blisters, don’t feel like they’re flopping around, no numbing of toes or parts of feet. That extra toe box room is feeling amazing now. Side note - I do have fairly wide feet to begin with. They even feel good on those 100 - 400 meter runs. I’ve owned a lot of different kind of shoes: running shoes, cross trainers, minimalIst shoes, track spikes, basketball shoes. I’m Giving this shoe five stars - I would purchase again and would recommend to a friend for lifting/CrossFit purposes (depending on the width of their feet, that is)

Very different fit experience from other reviewers
These just arrived, and I'm testing them out inside to see if they'll get more comfortable. My first impressions are so different from what others have said that I thought I'd post a review. I've been pacing around in them for long enough and here's what I've got. I'll update this if I keep them and find they break in. Which I might do, because I find the search for cross training shoes to be quite frustrating, and I wish I could just buy yet another pair of my favorite (long-discontinued and now not available) Asics "Gel Exert TR"s that I bought for years. After fairly thorough hunting, these were the only cross-trainer candidates I found that were available. I found these sneakers after reading glowing and promising (based on my needs) reviews for the Nano 9s, which are not available any more in my size. For reference, for any other shoe Goldilockses, I swear by Brooks Adrenaline GTSs for running or walking or anything forward moving. I've had no issues with any of the "editions" I've owned. They just don't give me lateral movement support for other workouts (dance, body weight exercises, lifting, etc.). Based on other reviews, I expected these to be *enormous* in the toe box. But the fit is just weird. I wear an 8 1/2, with occasional size 8s or (more rarely) 9s. Despite some reviews, I didn't size down and I got the 8.5. I have somewhat wide-ish feet, but not notably so. It's more that I find a wider/roomier toebox more comfortable, so I was excited for these. So, much to my surprise, I can barely wiggle my toes in them. It is like the sole of the shoe is wide enough, but the fabric upper is tight and unyielding - my toes are pressing against fabric as my foot moves. Or rather, the fabric is pressing down on my toes in a "this could get crampy" way. More concerningly, that fabric is also quite tight at the bone at the top of the ball of my foot (which is not at all prominent), which makes me worry about friction there in an actual workout. I could not fix any of this by loosening the laces. Also, without having even laced up the top eyehole, it is quite tight around my small-to-average-sized ankle. That could be supportive and secure - therefore desirable - for certain workouts, but you definitely would need to wear socks with tabs to protect your heel or else a blister is inevitable. I have fairly low arches, and these seem to fit well for me there. Anyone with high arches would likely find these very uncomfortable for exercise. I may exchange for size 9s and see how that works, since I don't have a ton of room at the tip of my toes in the 8.5s. Fingers crossed!
