No instructions on how much to use or how to use, tried it in my steamer but made little difference to my breathing will keep trying by upping the dose.

Quick delivery not sure about the essential oil yet as I’ve only used a couple of times , the aroma from this is pleasant just not sure really what effect it will have on my airways yet . I’m hopeful
