How do insure this is authentic

I dont know what you mean by authentic. I will just tell you what i know. I heard a commercial on the radio. It stated that this was the best coffee in the world by a pole. So I bought a bag and gave it to my sister for Christmas 2 years ago. She raved and raved about it and started buying it herself cuz now no other coffee will do. Now I give it as gifts. I've given it to my fiance his mother my daughter and coworkers and everybody says that it's delicious. I hope this helps

How much time has passed after roasting to ship date?

Ordered march 6th, shipped the 7th, delivered the 8th, roasted december 22, 2022, use by march 22, 2023...

Curious how fresh this is compared to buying it directly from Stumptown. Cannot imagine it's even close?

I have purchased it from Amazon and the near grocery store who carries it and have not noticed a difference in freshness.

Does this coffee have any added flavoring oils or is it just the beans. Wondering if I can use it in our Jura machine as whole bean.
