NO! He does have a full body BUT he has open joints around his arms, legs, and neck where water would seep into him. Please don't let that be the reason you don't get him, he is so realistic and amazing. I would say he is better than some of the $800+ reborn baby dolls you can buy. I took him shopping with me, no stroller, no blanket, just carried him and everyone thought he was real! He is so worth it!
