Be careful it's delicious!
Five Stars across the board! I usually dislike powdered milk, but this is fantastic! It's very creamy, and one bag lasts a long time. Great for survival food storage, camping, or anything else. It blends easily and has a nice, thick, creamy texture.

Very Satisfied
I was concerned that it wouldn't mix well in my hot coffee, i use a tiny whisk and it works beautifully! No clumping at all. the whisk is about 5" long and I keep several near the coffee station. Taste is delicious, and it's shelf ready. Very happy!!

After a year of trying Keto creamers, I finally found one I can trust, and it's yummy!!
I finally have a cup of coffee that doesn't weigh me down! When I started searching for a healthier creamer, I never thought it would turn into a year of trying some not so pleasant options. I just purchased my 12th bag of Anthony's creamer and donated all the other products I'll never try again. I've learned you have to play around with what suits your taste and a little goes a long way. I froth it with bit of hot coffee and when it gets yummy and creamy, I add the rest of my coffee. You may have to stir a couple times, but it tastes so good, sometimes I drink it too fast! I went from a 6 cup of coffee a day habit down to 2 or 3. This creamer is just the lift my low carb life style needed! I definitely recommend Anthony's!! All of their products are high quality.

Needs a little xanthan gum to hold it together and make it smooth.
I'm going to attempt to make butter from what I have left. As cream for coffee I used xanthan gum to improve the texture - just a little goes a long way. However the flavor is not especially "fresh". Heavy cream at the grocery is full of binders and ultra pasteurized which I really dislike. Would like to know more about the source of the product. What kind of cows, are they grass fed? Animal feeds often contain product that has been treated with Monsanto round up a big no-no in this house. It claims Non-GMO - how do you mean that? Organically raised dairy cows? What level of pasteurization? Might try making cheese too. Did not work for butter. Mixed according to directions and it wouldn't whip at all. As an emergency shelf stable product to some degree - it's okay.

Love it !!!
Absolutely as it SHOULD BE.Thank you Anthony's , for NOT adding (silicon dioxide or whatever) , JUST to make it mix-in easier... I am FINE with using a fork to stir carefully.Tastes MARVELOUS, even putting a bit straight to the tongue🤗. I don't do coffee *every-day* anymore, but, when I do. It's nice to have THIS always "fresh" and at-the-ready!

Suitable for savory applications only
Unfortunately, this is not suitable as a coffee creamer: it tastes almost cheesy. It'd make lovely Alfredo sauce or quiche, but it tastes completely wrong in coffee, which - unfortunately for me - was the purpose I bought it for.

Game changer
Wonderful for low-carb creamer. Here’s some new tricks I discovered for it:-- Keep the product sealed up in the freezer... lasts forever, unlike regular cream.-- Put those small blender cups to good use.-- Mix with 1/3 of the called-for liquid. You get decadent thick cream for a fraction of the cost of "double cream" etc.-- Mix with fruit juice, canning liquid, etc instead of water for extra flavor.
