Q: What is the quanity provided?

You do NOT get a big pile as they misleadingly show in the photo I can tell you that much. It's about 10 or so. Absolutely false advertising.

Q: What is the size of the minis

The Mini's are apparently 13 to 18mm in diameter or about 1/2-inch to just under 3/4-inches in diameter. I hope this helps.

Q: Could the 60mm covers stretch enough to cover 70mm? I have an oval shaped headset earphone that is 70mm (2.75") x 50mm (~2")

I have a Logitech headset with earphones that are 2.75" X 2.5" and these cushions work great.

Q: Can these be used on Plantronics c320 headphones?
