Can these be used on leather?

As long as the leather is wiped dry and is free of debris these markers will draw on leather. Attached is an example of a drawing I started on black leather. This is ONE layer of paint. I would suggest two to three depending on the color of your leather

Can these be used on a chalkboard wall and then erased/removed with something like a mr. clean magic eraser?

Probably not. It is acrylic paint, and would be a pain to clean off

How quickly do these dry? Is it suitable for a signature board at a wedding or does it take too long to dry?

These do not take long to dry at all. I use them frequently! as long as you give it a minute it will dry clean and nicely. You don’t have to press hard with them either, which I love. I think they’d be perfect for a wedding board. This pack is great because it has great coverage, I have found that some off brand acrylic markers don’t write well. Definitely try them out, do a test and see if you like them before you set them out just to make sure !
