Works great
Set this up on my wife’s bike and it works flawlessly. She loves the infinite adjustability and it’s super stable. No twisting, no bouncing, or sagging. Best bang for your buck and a great upgrade to any bike!

Misleading response to customers.
There are 2 questions from customers about this dropper post. Both ask if a lever comes with the post. The seller answers yes to both customers. But I just received mine and there is no lever... Do better cycling365.

Works good, kinda slow
Pretty good dropper for the money. It comes with all the parts needed to install. Operation is a little slow but tolerable for the price.

This was Perfect dropper for my son who is just getting into more advanced mountain biking. Great value and a great product.

Slow
I must have gotten a bad one or something I never returned it but the action on mine is super slow. The stock one on my Trek had a much better response to the lever being pushed this one is just garbage.

Tab broke
The tab that holds the end of the cable broke off the first time I installed it. It is super cheap, pot metal aluminum, and breaks very very easy.
