Q: Why does the nutritional info label show iron as an ingredient?

I checked the label carefully, but mine does not show iron as an ingredient; however, under “Fruit & Vegetable Blend” they list Spinach and Kale which have iron (though I’m not sure about Kale). I assume that’s why your label might say so (mine does not).

We use Size 0 capsules, which are smaller than regular capsules. They are 0.85 inches long by 0.30 inches wide (21 x 7 millimeters).
