Great for the price, nice and easy.
Got it today. Because it's small and cheap. Assembly took 1h 40min for mechanical part. Fun of its own if you are DIY sort of person. Highly recommend watching youtube videos. There are many small details you want to get right. Manual has at least one mistake. Bolts which hold the bed must be short. Documents show them as long 5mm/16mm. Those holding things aren't symmetrical. Pay attention or you'll have them sticking out and limiting Y-axis move. Software. It comes with Windows driver and soft. You can find them online as well. On Ubuntu 24.04 works out of the box. Just get supported bNCN. It uses /dev/ttyUSB0 if nothing else attached. Make sure you have the rights. Add yourself to dialout group, or simply take ownership. Conclusion: great milling machine for learning and small plastic/wood things. Complete beginners will need assistance. Nothing terribly difficult, but still.

Poorly advertised with horrific customer service care.
Will only run on windows. Called to see what I was doing wrong because it will not run on my Apple/Mac hardware as advertised and was treated horribly. Kept referring to me as “Bro”.

Buen equipo.

you will need software. 1 file included is in Chinese.
haven't got it to work after several days of trying. I can load the 1 file it comes with but can't get it to run. I've found software from $750 -$2500 a year. I can't bring myself to pay a yearly fee for something I will only use a handful of times. I followed utube videos for over 5 hours only to find it won't export without payment. Don't do it unless you have software figured out. bits are junk. I'd never run anything that looks like these near me. "you'll router your eye out". its 100% 3d printed.

Not worth the money or the time you spend trying to make it work.
Poor directions as far as use. Not very user friendly for a starter unit. Never once succeeded in creating a project with out mistakes. Very glitchy. Waste of money. Do research and get a better machine with a much better user interface.
