What are the active ingredients?

There are no active ingredients. If you look carefully at the ingredient label, it lists several herbal substances as 'active ingredients', but the units given are "30C". This is defined as a concentration / dilution of 10 to the −60. According to wikepedia, this level of dilution "would require giving two billion doses per second to six billion people for 4 billion years to deliver a single molecule of the original material to any patient." In other words, there is not a single molecule of any of the listed 'active ingredients' in this product. (Any homeopathic product with a dilution of 13C or greater does not contain a single molecule of the diluted substance). What does this do exactly? make you fall asleep? or stay awake? i don't have to take a sleeping pill before my overnight flight if i take this then?

My travel nurse explained it this way. You take them while flying and when you arrive at your destination you are more in sync with the local time zone. So if home time is 8 pm but local time is noon you feel more awake. If home time is 2 pm but local time is 11 pm you are ready to go to sleep.
