I like to use Ginseng tea for a little additional energy. I am also a big fan of herbal teas. I mostly use tea bags, but in my situation, I often do not have time to wait for them to steep. It is much quicker to just pour the contents of the individual packets into a cup and just add hot water. I still use tea bags when I am not in a hurry and want to relax. It is a little bit expensive, but not too bad.

The product is tasty, but I did not realize it contain sugar. If that’s obvious, then I would say go for this product.

I buy this tea to help with my rheumatism arthritis. It also reduces carpel tunnel pain, restless leg syndrome. The later two I've shared with people that suffer from it and it's helped a lot. It's great as an anti-inflammatory. It helps a little bit with sciatica. I use flavored coffee creamer because not gonna lie, it doesn't taste that great alone. But the inflammation reduces with it. When it rains my middle two fingers on either hand start twitching and it hurts down my forearms. The tea stops that. I'll take 6 packets in a cup every day for a week. After that I'll alternate weeks and drink it every other day on the weeks I drink it. With anything if you over use it'll stop working as well. But seriously. This stuff is great for inflammation reduction. For me it works better than ibuprofen which honestly does nothing for me. I absolutely swear by it for the medicinal benefits.

I couldn't live without Ginseng tea, it gives me the energy I need and the relaxation, it really is amazing. I have been drinking this tea on and off my whole life and it is much better than coffee as I can have it before exercising in the evening and then sleep really well.

I ordered this product because I love CheongKwanJang Korean Red Ginseng Tea, but it's expensive. Since this brand also boasts 6 year roots, I hoped the taste would be similar. It's not; this tea smells like dirt and has a bland taste. I won't buy it again.

I take this every day. One of the few extracts that actually works. excellent for digestion, energy, stamina, and mental clarity. The taste of ginseng takes awhile to get used to though.

Packaging was excellent. Quality of the product was excellent. Expected teabags but was delighted to discover that this product is actually a powder that can be dissolved in hot water, exactly like a similar product that I used to use while living in the Middle East.
