What should I do if it bubbles/warps?

That happened to me and I was very disappointed, since I had used all that I had but I decided to put it in the oven again the next day and it worked no more bubbles, I kept an eye on it and pulled it out as soon as the bubbles and warping went away.

Is this like dry erase?

No. It’s like old school shrinky dink. The child writes on it and then you put it in the oven for it to shrink and harden.

Is there’s something else you can use for the magic press? our box didn’t come with one and i just noticed now.

You should have 2 pieces of wax paper ( parchment) and 1 rubbery pirce that clear with red trim that reads Mrs Clause press. Which one don't you have? Id contact the company.

How big are the letters before they shrink?

5×8 and they can write on both sides. Plenty of room. And then it shrinks to about 2×3. Very cute!
