I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Magnesium daily, and it really works! It helps with muscle relaxation, reducing cramps, and improving my sleep quality. The only downside is that the pill size is on the bigger side, so if you have trouble swallowing large pills, keep that in mind. Despite that, I highly recommend it because the benefits are worth it, and the capsules have no unpleasant taste or aftereffects. A great choice for anyone looking to support muscle and nerve health naturally.
