I was very hesitant to try and put a kickstand on my road bike.I am getting ready to ride my bike across Iowa (RAGBRAI) and just got tired of trying to find a place to lean my bike up against and worrying that it's going to fall down which it has multiple times. Worrying about adding weight or how it will look on my bike..Well it looks pretty good and it had a red dot or sticker on it which matches my red bike which is cool.It fits and is easy to attach.It folds back up and out of the way and holds tight and doesn't rattle or come loose.I have a Trek Domane 4I like the extension of the kickstand so you can have your bike standing up straighter and it has a good size foot or baseOverall very pleased and impressed and all for less than ten dollars!!

I use it on my mountain Bike. was easy to install and seems to work well with holding the bike up.

Well it looked like it would be ok. But just after one use and the wind pushed my bike over it snapped right off. Not sure if they will return the item but I think they should. This item should be way more stronger than what they have made it here. I wouldn't sell a product that is this weak. Will see what the seller says about this.

I bought this kick stand to go on a men's 29" Diamondback mountain bicycle since it did not come with one and even the bike shop couldn't find a kickstand to fit it. It's not a secure as the kind that mounts inside the frame with a center bolt, but it's definitely better than no kickstand. Not having to lay the bike down or find a tree or something to lean it against is a great relief. It has some adjustability concerning angle of bike lean, but that's about it. I suppose the allen screw will loosen over time but can be easily tightened. It's black and goes great with the black bike it's attached too.
