What size turkey can you fit in it?

Last Thanksgiving used it for a 15+ pounder, not to tight, and use it regularly for 12 to 15 lbs. I do not have the lid on it when I roast however. The lid will not fit over the bird, I use a brown paper bag "tent" to roast the bird in the roaster. Works really, really well. They have one more size up if you are needing a larger roaster around 19 inches I believe with a higher profile on the lid as compared to this one.

what are the internal dimensions?

15x11. I've used it three times. It came with a 1/2" unpainted spot inside. Disappointing. I also ordered the grid. So far no need for it. It conducts heat well, maybe too well! The meat can dry out if not watched.

Will this be good in a 450 drgree oven?

I honestly couldn't say. I used it in a 350 degree oven with a turkey for several hours, and I have heard of folks using it on a grill. I would imagine it could be used at 450 degrees. I also have a large stew pot made out of granite ware that makes wonderful Irish stews.
