No but seriously, I have severe nerve pain in my leg and foot from a lumbar spine injury...and this works excellent. It's more powerful than BioFreeze and completely numbs the sharp knawing pain in both areas. It's also about 3 times as cooling so it is great for inflammation. ABSOLUTELY the best topical I've tried!

The mint smell is excellent and it really works and eliminates any pains.

Wow! I have bad glute tendinitis and bursitis which is painful and I just developed sciatica. It sucks. Used some prescription lotion from my MIL, but it did nothing. Got this and it is very potent! A little goes a long way. Works very well though I hope my skin can handle it. I’ll write back if there’s any negative reactions. Hope it gives others relief as it did me.
