Can this be used on craft foam?

You would want to use our Montana Gold line and our polystyrene varnish prior to spraying with our products. Craft foam can be damage by the solvents in our paints unless it is primed first. Thanks

Can I use this white matte to spray paint my boots or shoes if not .. what kind of spray paint should i use?

You could use this to spray your boots, that being said they would eventually crack as spray paint is not as flexible as whatever material your boots are. I would suggest looking into a brand called angelus. They make paints developed for refinishing shoes.

Is this a flat black?
