The product listed as “no lights” in the description says battery operated lights. Which is it? I’m looking for battery operated.

You can buy the garland with or without batteries, I have bought both. The battery one is the "Flocked" option, and it takes 3 D sized batteries. If you choose the "Light" option, you can plug it into the wall.

Are these White or warm white lights?

Mine were warm but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were all different. This was extremely poor quality and I do not recommend buying
